Anchor Cove Marina Sheet pile repairs
A winter storm, tossing about large logs, broke through a large sheet pile wall.
The job entailed diver inspection, disassembly of the wall ( above and below ), rip rap removal by hand to expose the wall,
And then installing new sheet pile with diver placement of rip rap to strengthen the toe of the wall
Pulling out several sheets without damaging the intact portion of the wall
Our 800lbs Hammer can drive 6 - 12 inch piles with our 800 lbs hammer.
Our 300lbs hammer can drive 4 - 6 inch piles. We use this for small water piles and larger land piles.
Our 150lbs hammer can drive up to 4 inches piles. It is great for difficult areas where pin piles are needed or fence post in
the forest where conventional equipment is difficult to use because of the space.

800 LBS Hammer: 2.5 KIPS / 5000 lbs Bearing Force
300 LBS Hammer: 1.25 KIPS / 3000 lbs Bearing Force

Emergency Replacement of Destroyed Sea Wall
Sea Wall Stabilization Day I:
Emergency restraining and binding of undermined and leaning seawall
Emergency Repair of Damaged Sea Wall
On the left a sea wall that has begun to slip
On the right a series of 2 inch schedule 80 pin piles and drains placed at the tow of the wall to stop the slippage
Driving sheet pile at the King County Waste treatment plant
Installing light weight vinyl sheet pile prior to slab jacking at a private residence
Sea Wall Stabilization Day II:
Stop the undermining of existing seawall with new vinyl sheet wall pile and pipe pile restraints.
Sea Wall Stabilization Day IV:
Backfilling of the undermined wall at the toe and behind the wall under the existing patio.
Sea Wall Stabilization Day V: Project completed
Continue filling voids gaps under patio, capping of piles and shoreline mediation
Multiple core holes drilled into seawall face,tie back rods driven through the sea wall, under the patio 20
feet and then bolted back into the dead man anchors.

This was done through a hilly pasture and wooded area without the need for roads or clearing
