Diller Construction is a specialized marine general contractor providing both residential and commercial pile driving, pier and float construction to the all of Washington State.
Our motorized crane barge "Rosie the Riveter" can haul over 100,000 lbs of equipment or materials. Rosie drafts 3 feet or less , with heavy equipment on board, and her ramps can unload
equipment directly onto you beach. Rosie is an 40' x 20' ATB (articulated barge ) spud barge and her spuds are 40 foot long. She is also fitted with a 5 ton davit that makes anchor setting a snap.
Propelled by a single screw diesel engine that is comprised of 3 smaller barge sections that mate and form an additional 16 x 14 platform with a 6x9 moon hole.
We are the only local company that can drive the pile drivers / heavy equipment off the barge, onto your beach and upland without any access at all. There is no low water concerns for us at all.
We offer a full spectrum of services from permitting & engineering to pier and float construction, mooring buoys, boat lifts, annual float removals, demolition of existing piers, pile removals, dive
services and underwater grout pumping, survey and salvage.
